Welcome to Chattavore!
As a food lover, I have spent a lot of time teaching myself how to cook by reading as many cookbooks as I can get my hands on (you don’t even want to know how many I own!) and always digging to find more information about the foods, tools, and techniques that intrigue me. I love cooking from scratch and finding ways to make my favorite recipes without opening a box or a can.
As an educator, my mission is to teach other people how to do the same! My background as a teacher gives me a unique perspective and voice on teaching other people how to take what I have learned and use it in their own kitchens.
Some of the resources that you will find here on Chattavore include:
- Easy recipes to help you get dinner on the table on busy weeknights, including Instant Pot, slow cooker, and one-pot/one-pan meals
- Fun treats, including drinks, easy baking, and no-bake desserts
- How-to tutorials for using tools and techniques, making things you would usually buy at the store from scratch, and tips on make-ahead/meal prepping
- Video resources
