Ingredients
- 8oz cream cheese (softened)
- 3/4 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 3/4 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup blue cheese dressing (I used homemade)
- 1/4 Cup plus 2 tablespoons hot sauce (I used Texas Pete)
- blue cheese crumbles
Note
If you don't like blue cheese, just sub ranch dressing for the blue cheese dressing and add a little more shredded cheddar to the top of the dip.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. | |

Combine cream cheese, chicken, 1/2 cup cheddar, blue cheese dressing, and hot sauce until well combined (I used the paddle attachment on my stand mixer). Spread into a small baking dish and sprinkle remaining cheddar cheese over the top. | |

Bake for 20 minutes. Sprinkle top with blue cheese crumbles. Serve with celery sticks, tortilla chips, pita chips, crackers, etc. |
