BLT Pizza

Ingredients
- 1 Batch pizza dough
- 1 tomato (thinly sliced)
- 4oz mozzarella (shredded)
- 4-6 Strips bacon (cooked & crumbled)
- 2-3 cups romaine lettuce (chopped & washed)
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- salt
Note
Prep time does not include time to make pizza dough.
Directions
Step 1 | |
Preheat the oven to 450 degrees. If you have a pizza stone, preheat it in the oven. | |

Roll the pizza dough to desired thickness on a sheet of parchment paper and spray or brush lightly with olive oil. Evenly distribute the tomato slices over the pizza crust and sprinkle lightly with salt. | |
Step 3 | |
Sprinkle the cheese then the crumbled bacon evenly over the pizza. Place in oven, on the pizza stone if you are using one. Bake for 8-10 minutes until the pizza reaches desired color. | |
Step 4 | |
Place the lettuce into a bowl and toss with mayonnaise. Slice the pizza and distribute the lettuce over the pizza. |
