Cranberry white chocolate chip cookies are pretty much my ideal Christmas cookies. I love to bake (you guys may have figured that out) and if I could find people willing to eat all my wares I’d bake even more than I do (this is the problem with having an office in a school where no one knows you). I really don’t know what it is about the combination of dried cranberries and white chocolate, but it is undeniably Christmas-y. By the way, I have a recipe for white chocolate and cranberry popcorn coming up too. That stuff is goooood.
Anyway….cranberry white chocolate chip cookies. In a jar. What you guys should know about me is that I am a terrible gift-giver. I love to give gifts to people, but only when I know what to give them. Except kids. You can give kids lots of things and they’ll be happy. Adults, though? If someone is going to give me a gift, I want it to be a gift I’ll actually use. I try to apply the same logic to gift-giving for other adults. One thing everyone can use? Food.
Just like the peppermint bark popcorn from the other day (and the crispy peppermint bark featured in this post from last year) and the white chocolate cranberry popcorn I’ll be publishing later this week, these jars of cookie mix are great for gifting. They won’t go bad quickly and the cookies come together in a flash. Not to mention that they are delicious…sounds like a pretty good deal to me. You might want to keep all the jars of mix for cranberry white chocolate chip cookies to yourself, though…just a warning!
